SerialTek was founded by industry veteran Dale Smith who was also the founder and CEO of Data Transit and technical lead for the successful Bus Doctor family of analyzers. SerialTek's team of experienced hardware and software engineers set out with the goal of architecting the ultimate analyzer platform that would eliminate many of the bottlenecks that have prevented users from having instantaneous visualization of huge traces. With the BusXpert, they celebrate their success. In June of 2008, Paul J. Mutschler joined SerialTek as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development, bringing his experience working with a worldwide customer base to solve their storage testing and analysis problems. The SerialTek team has approximately 100 years of combined analyzer and tester experience, and the SAS/SATA BusXpert is the most technologically advanced product to ever be released in the protocol analyzer space. It is the first of many products this team will offer.
